Transferring input to an email account without using an email-proxy

-2

I use an all-default and latest Debian stable with all-default and latest Apache, MySQL and PHP and I install different CMSs (WordPress, Drupal, etc) upon this stack.

Each CMS contains one website with one contact form with name, email, phone and body fields.

My problem

When I created websites I declared my personal email account in the CMS contact-form module) and ought to test them, but when I tested them by filling in some input and clicking submit I just got general errors like:

Failed to send your message.

I didn't manage to find further data as to why I had this error or similar general errors in other CMSs - no logs showed anything.

I consulted someone who told me to use an email proxy by a third email account, but this approach requires me to manage another email account with username and password - a thing I just don't want to do if I don't have to.

My need

I desire to transfer all CMS contact-form inputs (all inputs that a user submits through a contact form) from my machine → into my personal email account, but without using an email-proxy like a third email account that will mediate between each CMS and my personal email account.

My question

How can I transfer CMS contact-form inputs into my personal email account without using an email-proxy, in the above stack?
