How to validate good & bad records on the basis of delimiter

0

In Unix doing validation on file & based on column count filtering out good and bad recods.
Good recods should go in good file & bad are in bad file.
I already done this but want to do with cut command, can anyone help me in this.
Arguments to scripts are file name, column count, delimiter, good file name & bad file name
