Fedora 11, system halted [on hold]

I am using fedora 11. It is not connecting to internet as well as not detecting my pendrive, Mobile device.
At booting time it shows
ACPI:Unable to load system description
At shutdown
System halted



Tell me which version of fedora is best for NCTUns.



This fedora version make me made.
Sorry for my bad english.



My system description
Dell inspirion 3558
4gb ram
1tb hdd
Intel Cor i3 processor
