Scale/adjust landscape table

I can't fit my landscape table in my portrait page. If I use the
resizebox{textwidth}{!} function it will be too small like this. enter image description hereIf I don't use the function, it will be too big (over the border),enter image description here can someone help to scale it to the height of the page so that it fits nicely into the page?
