connect to wifi from file's SSID & Passphrase

I want to connect to wifi by using wpa_supplicant



SSID & Passphrase is stored in one file,If available SSID matched with SSID from file than it should connect to that network(using shell script).



How can I achieve this?



I tried different script available on net but I can't achieve my goal.
