The parbox is too wide, even at textwidth, since the surrounding fbox pads its contents on all sides by fboxsep and fboxrule. Remove this to avoid the overfull hbox warnings:

The parbox is too wide, even at textwidth, since the surrounding fbox pads its contents on all sides by fboxsep and fboxrule. Remove this to avoid the overfull hbox warnings:
