VirtualBox Ubuntu and powershell connect with ssh [on hold]

I want to connect with ssh from powershell to ubuntu server but i don`t know how to configure the virtualbox totally and shared folder to work anyone can explain which ubuntu should i download server or desktop and tell me step by step how can i configure portforwarding and shared folder and other settings to work
