Linux Mint 19 Cinnamon Desktop scaling feature missing

I need to set Desktop scaling, but this feature is missing in my menu. Is anything missing in the system?



Everything I can find online says to go to Settings -> General -> Desktop Scaling



But no such menu exists for me on Mint 19
