is there a way to force display all in black color and eliminate all colors for all report components

Define what you mean by components. For example, external graphics? That won't be possible, as it could be self-contained/non-editable content. However, font colour changes would probably be manageable.

There is also themonochromeoption ofxcolor, which won't even give you grey.
