How to add text between author and abstract?

and the appropriate packages that sets up the problem. While solving problems can be fun, setting them up is not. Then, those trying to help can simply cut and paste your MWE and get started on solving the problem.

butabstract
is just document content. So you can add extra document content just by entering it beforebegin{abstract}
but if you wantmaketitle
to typeset extra data under the author you need to redefinemaketitle
It is not at all clear from your question which you need.
