How can I add a date and calendar year for a file I created?

I think you're going to have to elaborate a bit on this. Add date and year to what? What are you going to execute?

Show the content of each directory and subdirectory on the screen. 4. Execute each file with Bourne shell. I need to create one directory with four sub directories. Each subdirectory needs to have 3 sub directories with 2 files each. Each files needs to have date and a calendar year.
