Have to restart dhclient on enterprise network each time lease expires

I connect to a WPA2 enterprise network on Debian Jessie using Network Manager on dhclient. It works fine until the lease expires:

Then the DHCP requests fail, until I disconnect from the network and reconnect. I am on kernel 4.18, and I have the latest iwlwifi drivers for an Intel 7265D chipset.

      Then the DHCP requests fail, until I disconnect from the network and reconnect. I am on kernel 4.18, and I have the latest iwlwifi drivers for an Intel 7265D chipset.

      I connect to a WPA2 enterprise network on Debian Jessie using Network Manager on dhclient. It works fine until the lease expires:
