Cant install python3-dev on linux mint
sudo apt-get install python3-dev
Tried to install python3-dev with above command but gives the following error:

Try installing required versions of dependencies:
sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade
sudo apt install python3=3.6.7 libpython3-dev=3.6.5 python3.6-dev=3.6.5

How can the above possibly work? You’re mixing two versions of Python 3, and you’re not specifying valid versions.
