how to share file in samba from linux machine to linux machine [on hold]

Question 1 >> I need the steps for file sharing in Samba .... Linux machine to other linux machine , i am using Centos6.4



Question 2 >> & i have 50 user accessing samba file, in case if i add 1 more user in smb.conf file, do i have to restart smb & nmb service & if i restart the services will the connected user will get effected
