Consider the following two pdf files.

$ pdfinfo coreBasedAPI.pdf

Form: none
JavaScript: no
Pages: 1
Encrypted: no
Page size: 290 x 149 pts
Page rot: 0
File size: 9594 bytes
Optimized: no
PDF version: 1.4

These two pdfs are figures that I am putting into a larger LaTeX document. In order to make them line up more easily, I would like to insert 11 pixels of whitespace to the bottom of threadBaseAPI.pdf.

Is there a convenient way to do this on the command line?
