How to set up query-cache-type in Percona server 8.0

0

I installed Percona server 8.0 on Debian 9 with memory 1 G.

When I set up these in my config file :

query-cache-type = 0
query-cache-size = 0

I got this error:

[Server] unknown variable 'query-cache-type=0'

Does it mean that the query-cache-type is no longer needed or something else that I do not know about it?

I generated the config file using:

https://tools.percona.com/
