Can't Install Microsoft's Windows7 after installing KALI LINUX 2017.1 [on hold]

-3

7 days ago, I installed Linux 2017.1(Debian distro) on my machine and by mistake, I formatted all HDD(1 TB), because I didn't know how to create or format a Linux partition.

Now I wanna install Windows 7(DUAL-BOOT). I've created a Windows 7 bootable pen drive. Whenever I select USB SONY STORAGE MEDIA for installing Windows 7. I get the following error:

Image1 plz see it

Image 2

I can't use live-mode of Linux cuz I'd lost my all files and folders including Kali's iso.

  • It looks like the windows drive fails to boot properly. The genuine windows installer does not boot with GRUB. If you want to install windows, you should do so with the provided tools from Microsoft, in other words the recovery disc (or for windows 10 the disc image). But this is not a Linux/Unix related question.

  • Looks like you are booting from the wrong device. Maybe you are booting from the internal drive, or you have copied the wrong OS to the USB drive.
