How to write Urdu in Overleaf without changing template format

We have a LaTeX template. When we change the compiler to XeLaTeX to put Urdu in this template then the formatting totally changes. How to use XeLaTeX for Urdu and English text without changing the template?
I followed many links but I have failed to accomplish my goal. Can anyone guide me?
