Building a block diagram

I made this block diagram using Visio Software with the intention to pass it to my Tex document as a picture. The disadvatange is that it loses quality. I saw that we can make block diagrams in Latex using Tikz. However, I haven't used Tikz. All I have done in my document is just to put text, pictures, tables and formulas. And I'm afraid I do not have enough time to learn Tikz to build this block diagram directly on Latex. Is there an easier alternative? In the worst case, I don't have any other option than just attach the diagram as a picture with the quality drawback.
