Unable to find any visible networks in Kali Linux (VirtualBox). Tried multiple solutions. How do I solve...

0

I have Kali Linux installed from offensive security site. The virtualbox image was downloaded. It initially said that no wireless adapter found. I used compact-wireless-2010-06-26 to solve that. Now, the wi-fi is switched on. But there are no visible networks even when I have multiple routers / hotspots around. I've been trying the same and restarted it and it didn't work. Only showed that the visible networks. What could be the problem? How do I solve this?
