Boot partition can not be encrypted.
I read somewhere this is good solution:
create a script to sum checksums of files and warning me in changed case
But I don't know where I can start.
Can you give me some hint?

monit is similar & can check file and alert if the checksum changes

And it is this option secure?

No, it doesn't provide security - it provides a notification if something changed. But it doesn't stop changes. I've also seen/boot
mounted as read-only, or even unmounted after the system is up and running....

Can user acces to boot partition or there is just root which can do it? Wait, so can I have boot partition on USB, plug USB into PC, run system and unplug the USB?
