How to integrate update and some software to linux installation media [on hold]

I planning to install ~10 PC with Linux Mint, with similar hardware (if not same) these PC will not have Internet access, but I want to install update after installing OS, then installing drivers, then install Oracle Java.
I'm thinking of setting 1 PC then clone the hdd to another, but I am afraid this will take a long time, because it will copy the entire hdd to another hdd (actually an SSD)
Is there any way to integrate the update, drivers, and some software to Linux installation Media
linux-mint system-installation
