How to make multi language figure captions without babel package

0

I'm currently writing my thesis in korean and part of english.

Trying to make dual language caption for figure and tables like figure below

enter image description here

So I tried this method

Having better control on captions in two languages under each image

but turns out babel package does not support korean ..

  • Is there any way to make dual language caption without using babel package?

  • I also want only korean caption included in toc
