gcc trig functions not taking variables as arguments

0

I am using gcc to compile simple math programs and have included both and either the math.h and tgmath.h headers. The sin/cos trig functions return the correct result for constants such as integers or M_PI but crash or give no result for user-defined variables. What am I missing?
My distro is a recent Ubuntu release.

You might want to include some sample code... although this question may be better on stackoverflow.com

  • Nobody can tell you what you're missing unless you provide a short "working" example that illustrates the issue.
