network's leaking, nothing running but still leaks

As some of the packets come from your machine (well, packets go both to and from 192.168.1.69, with the level of networ kknowledge you demonstrate the most sensible assumption is that that is the ip of your computer) something must be running to generate them. One of the involved ips belong to akamai, the rest to google (I only checked the first image), and the traffic seems to want to keep some HTTPS connections alive, but apart from that I don't see anything that can tell what's going on.
