Transfer emails from my machine to my email without using an email-proxy

-1

I use an all-default and latest Debian stable (server), Apache, MySQL and PHP environment with different CMSs (WordPress, Drupal and others).

The CMSs contain websites with simple contact forms (name, email, phone, body).

I desire to get contact-form inputs into my machine (from CMS contact forms) and then transfer these from my machine → into my personal Gmail account, but without using an email-proxy like a third email account.

How can this be done?

As for now, when I created websites and tried to use the contact forms on the different CMSs (and declaring my Gmail account in the CMS contact-form module) I just got general errors like "the email could not be sent".

  • should be fairly easy. what have you tried so-far?

  • Besides saying what was tried, it was useful even describing making a small amount of investment in the question describing the setup. This question has 0 information about the current email setup.
